If the player arrives damaged or does not work, we replace it or refund you within 14 days. Send your order number and a short video of the problem on WhatsApp.
Custom-printed discs are made only for you and cannot be returned. If a printing error is ours, we reprint the discs for free.
Ready-made collections can be returned unopened within 14 days.
