Does it come with music?
No. The box arrives empty so you can add the songs you want. Loading nine songs takes about five minutes.
Do I need an app or a phone?
No app, no Bluetooth, no account. You need a computer once, to copy your MP3 files onto the box.
I don't have a computer. Can I use my phone?
Yes, with a USB adapter that lets your phone read the box as a drive.
Which files work?
MP3 only. If your song is in another format, convert it to MP3 first.
How many songs does it hold?
Nine discs, one song each. The memory is 128 MB in total, which is enough for nine full songs.
Can I change the songs later?
Yes, as often as you like. Connect the box and replace the file in the folder.
Can I record a voice message?
Yes. Any MP3 works: a voice note, a wedding speech, a child's first words.
Will it stick to my fridge?
It holds on any magnetic metal surface. It will not stick to glass-front, aluminium or built-in wooden panel fridges. In that case it stands on a shelf.
How long does the battery last?
About 8 hours of play per charge. It charges with the included USB-C cable.
How does Custom Photo work?
Choose the Custom Photo design, upload nine photos and place your order. We print your photos on the discs and send the finished set. We contact you on WhatsApp if a photo is too small or unclear.
Is it safe for children?
The discs contain magnets and small parts. Keep them away from children under 3, and supervise young children.
