Standard designs
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Write to us on WhatsApp with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Custom Photo orders
Custom orders are made to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If your custom order arrives damaged, faulty or printed incorrectly, we replace it or refund you.
Damaged or faulty items
Send a photo or short video to our WhatsApp +994 55 855 51 61 within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund the order. You do not need to return a faulty item unless we ask.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Standard orders can be cancelled before they ship. Custom Photo orders can be cancelled until printing starts, usually within 24 hours of ordering.
