Processing time
Standard designs are prepared in 1–3 business days. Custom Photo orders take 3–6 business days, because the discs are printed for you.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 7–15 business days after shipping, depending on the destination. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also check it any time on the Track your order page.
Where we ship
We ship to: all European countries, the USA, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot deliver there at the moment.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged per box and depends on the country: Europe and Russia $10, USA, Canada and Ukraine $12, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan $15 per box. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 15 days, or your parcel has not arrived within 45 days of shipping, write to us on WhatsApp. We will reship or refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address before ordering. We can change it if you contact us before the order ships.
